Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support professional to join our team. As an IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and networks.

Duties:
– Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
– Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
– Analyze and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
– Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution
– Assist with network administration tasks such as user account management and access control
– Collaborate with team members to implement IT projects and initiatives
– Maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in technical support or a similar role
– Strong knowledge of office computer hardware and software systems
– Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
– Ability to analyze and diagnose technical problems effectively
– Experience working with help desk tools such as Jira or similar platforms
– Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, VPN setup, and troubleshooting
– Proficiency in Windows operating systems

Salary: £30,252.50-£47,744.09 per year
