Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and management skills, as well as strong data analysis abilities. Experience with HRIS systems such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, and Workday is preferred.

– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
– Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
– Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
– Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
– Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
– Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
– Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
– Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system
– Analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
– Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
– Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
– Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to effectively present information to employees at all levels of the organization
– Strong data analysis skills for interpreting HR metrics and trends
– Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, or Workday is preferred
– Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Salary: £34,308.14-£70,804.47 per year
