Reports to: Head of Sales

The Role

As part of our exciting and strategic growth plans, we are now looking for an experienced driven sales professional to join our friendly team in West London.

With an established contact base and strong relationships with the A&D community and Trade professionals in the luxury furniture and interior sectors, you will be well-versed in proactively communicating with A&D clients, carrying out sales presentations, and identifying and developing new business opportunities to exceed personal Sales Targets.

With a strong work ethic and a background or knowledge in luxury Furniture, fabrics, and interiors, you will be confident, presentable, and highly organized, with the ability to work well under pressure in this exciting role.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

· Proactively generate sales revenue to achieve monthly personal sales targets, from existing clients, own contacts, and new opportunities.

· Master product information and our bespoke services.

· Organize client presentations, workshops, and trade showroom meetings.

· Passionately always operate as a brand ambassador of the company.

· Report on sales pipelines, sales forecasts, and weekly business activity.

· Operating and updating the CRM and ERP system.

Skills & Experience

· Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects at any one time.

· Strong background in new business and account management to exceed service levels and maintain client retention.

· Extensive knowledge of the luxury A&D market, with an established contact book and innate ability to proactively build relationships and network.

· Demonstrate detailed knowledge and experience in the bespoke upholstery and luxury furniture manufacturing industry.

· Confident and experienced in delivering and exceeding sales targets, providing weekly pipeline forecast reports.

· Ability to thrive under pressure, with a passion for delivering results both individually and as part of a team.

· Extremely presentable and confident, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Excellent communicator, with an elevated level of numeracy and literacy in English.

· Able to interpret and work from technical drawings.

· Excellent timekeeping and ability to meet deadlines.

· Ability to work on a variety of projects simultaneously, prioritizing competing projects and tasks with a sharp eye for detail.

· Excellent computer and administration skills, including Microsoft Office applications, and CRM systems.
